Why I Built KJR

After our third son was born, I was diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer. At the same time, my career was uncertain. Our company was being reorganized. Nothing felt stable.

We had three boys to raise. So many decisions to make. So much information to manage. And so little clarity about what really mattered.

I couldn't find a system that helped our family step back, see the big picture, and move forward with confidence.
